Paper Tiger is a mother-and-daughter dim sum and cocktail bar at 161 Mare Street, Hackney. Head chef Lily cooks the food she grew up making in Beijing: recipes that have passed through the family for generations.纸老虎是 Hackney Mare Street 161 号的一家母女经营的点心鸡尾酒吧。主厨 Lily 做的是她在北京从小做、从小吃的菜，家里传了几代的食谱。

Everything is made by hand and meant for sharing. Dumplings folded to order, smashed cucumber, bang bang chicken, little mantou buns dipped in condensed milk.
